QARS was founded in Hong Kong in 1996 and two branches were established in Singapore and UK in 1998 and 2000 respectively. QARS is an organization providing engineering support and consultancy services to the rail industry, and commercial industry. We specialize in safety and reliability of infrastructure and rolling stock, including software systems. We are focused on providing System / Quality / EMC assurance and associated services to meet our client's needs at each stage of their operation. Since 2001 QARS has branched out to the oil and gas industry in Europe. Our worldwide portfolio includes major infrastructure projects such as Hong Kong MTRC Lantau Airport Line, Tseung Kwan O Extension, Disneyland Resort Line, Hong Kong KCRC West Rail, East Rail Extensions, Singapore Changi Airport Line, North East Line, Marine Line, Circle Line, Taiwan High Speed Railway, Malaysia Monorail Development, Dubai Light Rail Transit, United Kingdom Channel Tunnel and Italy Shell Oil Platform Safety Cases.
